  • How long do I have to send in my receipt?
  • All receipts must be uploaded by 11:59:59 on June 15, 2017 to qualify.

  • How many receipts can I upload?
  • There is a limit of one (1) receipt upload per person per email address. You may upload two receipts from the same household if using different email addresses.
